Include the details that help us investigate quickly.
If you need help with a match, live feed or report, please keep the relevant match information handy.
This makes it much easier to trace what happened.
- Your device model and iOS version.
- The KorfScore app version, if available.
- The live match code or match report code.
- The names of the teams involved.
- A short description of what you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- Screenshots or screen recordings, if they help explain the issue.
KorfScore Live
Live match help.
KorfScore Live lets supporters follow live scores and match updates using a shared match code.
If a live match is not loading, check that the code has been entered exactly as shared.
- Make sure the scorer has started or published the live match from the app.
- Refresh the live page if updates appear to stop.
- Check your internet connection if the feed is delayed.
- If the match code still fails, keep the code and team names ready for support.
Match Reports
Report and archive help.
Match reports are public summaries of completed games. They may include team names, player names, scorelines,
event timelines and player action data entered during the match.
- Use the exact report code or link to open a report.
- Reports may be retained for a limited period after upload.
- If a report needs to be corrected or removed, keep the report code and team names ready.
Privacy and removals
Questions about data or published match information.
For privacy questions, live match removals or match report removals, please include the live match code,
report code or link and explain what needs to be changed.
- Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information.
- For junior teams, include enough detail to identify the match without adding extra personal data.
